Deli Hub Catering Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.delihub.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through Deli Hub sales hotline at 6515 0020 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.
+ Delivery Hours: 7.00am to 7.30pm
+ Hotline Hours: 9am to 8.30pmA $100 surcharge applies for delivery before 7.45am
+ Delivery duration is estimated to be 30 to 60 minutes before or after the stipulated timing upon successful order and payment confirmation
+ No minimum order applies for all self-collection orders
+ A delivery charge of $40 - $120 to a single delivery point applies for each order via Hotline/ Website
+ Delivery charge of $40 ($42.80 w/GST) per trip is applicable for mini buffet and mini party set orders
+ Delivery charge of $80 ($85.60 w/GST) per return trip is applicable for regular buffet orders
+ Delivery fee is $120 ($128.40 w/GST) for a full-day seminar,$100 ($107.00 w/GST) for a half-day seminar
+ A $10 surcharge applies for delivery to selected areas, with the following first two-digit postal code:
- Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08;
- Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard – 22, 23;
- Bras Basah – 18, 19; Alps Ave – 49
+ Festive surcharge of $20 - $30 is applicable for all delivery orders
+ Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing
+ Deli Hub accepts PayNow, Debit & Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard/AMEX) only, note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required
+ A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
+ Prices shown are exclusive of GST
+ For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
+ An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made
+ 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the cancellation request is received 1 working day prior to the event date
+ No refunds will be made if the order cancellation is made on the event date itselfFood visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only
+ An additional 10% Service Charge applicable for all orders for Waste Management, Labour & Equipment set up.
+ Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
+ We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
+ We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
+ To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
+ Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Deli Hub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight.
